Grosvender Billingshurst are extremely lucky to have someone with the knowledge Samantha has, that is , management material. I would recommend this estate agents, as one you can trust will help you to the very end of a sale, or , the management of a flat /house for renting . Chris, and, all the team are excellent. I will very happily stay with them ,as they manage my flat for me , and that takes all the pressure off. Lisa and Olivia are always on the end of the phone, if I need their help. After years of working with mediocre estate agents I'm pleased to say that Samantha at Grosvenor Billinghurst is a breath of fresh air. Samantha's contentiousness and understanding comes across on your first interaction and doesn't fade once the deal is done. She clearly cares about her clients on all sides of the deal which, in my experience, isn't the case with all estate agents. What's more is that I get the impression that Grosvenor Billinghurst must actively seek to employ decent individuals as each brief interaction with Samantha's various colleagues left me feeling increasingly confident that we were in good hands with this estate agency as a whole. I'd work with Samantha, or any of her colleagues, again in a heartbeat.

We received great service from Grosvenor Billinghurst, in particular Samantha Young. She was proactive, efficient and helpful all the way through to us signing the tenancy agreement.
