        It's nice having a pharmacy in our own village but it might be quicker to travel further. Service is dreadful, takes them ages to find any prescription. Regular errors claiming they haven't had the prescription sent,then find they have.

        Terrible service and its getting worse. Staff seem to think it ok to ignore customers no matter how big the queue is. Today I had to raise my voice when I asked for the email address of the owner to complain to. I was reluctantly given it. Not a business one but a personal address?? Then 1 of the 2 members of staff threw her colleague under bus by whispering her colleague's name. 1 star is over generous
