        The purchasing experience of a Persimmon home is good. Generally they make it easy and are helpful. But it's after you've spent the money things really don't work as well. Getting issues resolved with customer care can be extremely slow, also they aren't the best communicators with each other. You sometimes have to 'mother' issues. It can become very frustrating. Don't get me wrong, I think in general Persimmon aren't the worst builder in the world. They just need to show some more 'customer care', communicate better and generally rectify issues in a more reasonable and agreeable manner. They definitely need higher standards in landscaping. I think the contractor they use motto is 'bodge it and leg it'.
