He declined tea, coffee, cake and instead replied with kindness and was so courteous.
He is so knowledgeable about the tanks and the problem we had and dealt with it all so efficiently and I just wanted to email to say if everyone in the client facing world was like him, it would be for the better.
He is a credit to himself and Binders.
