Just had a very unpleasant experience of having something delivered by this company. It was a stone fireplace (heavy) and we live down a lane, so not the easiest job. However we have had exactly the same item delivered before. The driver refused to drop the item on my drive and suggested I refuse the item, stating I was the issue for ordering the item. He didnt seem to see the issue with then wanting to leave the item (which I then cant move) in the middle of a lane, which leads to other peoples houses. I suggested I could split the item, as its in 3 pieces and we take it down that way, however I dont think he was actually looking for a solution to the problem, stating he wasnt allowed to unpack it, which wasnt what I was asking. Upon ringing the office I was met with a similar, attitude. Stating it was a curb side delivery, they didnt seem to understand the curb they wanted to leave the item on was not my curb!!
