shocking. payed up front for a service. a week has past. still no engineer has called. for a business this is very bad service.

Shocking service from this company, spent 14,000 on a grill and it came faulty, they sent out about 10 engineers, all they did was waste our burger patties by testing the machine, but no one could actually fix the machine, due to this it has cost me business by losing customers because of the machine not cooking the patties evenly, the service was excellent before purchased the machine but after sales service is truly shocking and its under warranty as well - Ive been in touch with a solicitor and will be taking this further. I advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Clearly its not just me whos having issues with these machines, its a lot of others too. A joke of a company.

Purchased a brand new soft serve machine outright. Numerous issues straight away. Ridiculous call out fees and did not expect issues with something you pay 16k for. Paid for peace of mind - hence went brand new. Engineers always helpful to be fair.

Well, I've tried to get some advice on a purchase and a response from the Sales department for the past few days. After a couple of phone calls to the sales team the rep seems to be so busy I haven't even had a courtesy call to say "sorry can we catch up in a few days" After reading the reviews of the after sales service I've got a good idea of the standards this company operate with so I'll keep my money and take my enquiries (and purchases) somewhere else. Not recommended.
