Nice to pop in and see the team today. Positive and friendly welcome, left to my own devices & had a smashing workout with up to date machines/ free weights.

While the gym is good some of the staff here are very rude and will try pick arguments even if you tell them what they want to hear. Aswell as just picking you out while your resting for almost no reason, in addition they will joke about you to other people and point you out which they say they care about if it happens to someone so I'm very confused

Had a slight hick up when we popped along to join but that was sorted out quickly and professionally. A great induction with Tom, who was brilliant at explaining the different excercises and talked about nutrition, I came away feeling confident and motivated. A good range of equipment for a small.gym. I cannot wait for my free PT taster session later on the week. Onwards and upwards!

Wendy was very welcoming on our secondary sign up today. Previous issues raised had been resolved impresively quickly, and the atmosphere of the entire visit was hugely welcoming. The online sign up process, although a little unfamiliar at first, is actually quite good once you get the hang of it. Only criticism from a newbie point of view, is not having access to demo videos of what each class looks like, or even a description. Website is however under review, so perhaps this will be included. We're looking forward to our induction session on Monday and then getting back to a routine, in what appears to be an encouraging and welcome space to train and develop. Hats of to Wendy and the team for the community focused gym they are working hard to create. Highly recommended
