    Said they had tried to deliver when they haven't. You can't get through on the phone and only sent a text about it being delivered 3 hours prior to time slot

    To given a between time of delivery for a signed parcel than to have it delivered 30mins before the time. Don't you think working people will get home or someone to be at the address in the time slot given? That's seem to be the idea around why you give the slots I guess? Pointless given slots might as well so alday delivery, or get in touch with the person to ask if the parcel can be delivered early, or even come back in the given time slot.

    I had a really awful experience with DX. They meant to deliver on one day and call me before delivery, neither happened. Said the driver left a card, they did not. They rearranged delivery for the following day but I was informed, after several phone calls, that they made a mistake and the parcel ended up in another part of the country. Still haven't got my package. I will never use this company again.

    Avoid. I changed my delivery date an hour after the email confirming my delivery. I gave them plenty of notice (over 24 hours). They ignored my delivery date even though on the tracking it shows its been changed. Instead they left my delivery on my driveway in the pouring rain, had to cheek to say I signed for it!
