Spoke to two women who were apparently sat next to each other about gas engineer roles refusing to pass me on to someone with actual knowledge. Both full of unnecessary attitude and rudeness, when I enquired further about my options they were unwilling to offer me any constructive guidance. Clearly both uneducated in this field as what I was asking for has already done by three other agencies with successful outcome of interviews. I suggest there put through some training on customer service skills. Trying to patronize me like its my fault your stuck behind a keyboard all day with brain rot from too much screen time maybe you should look at your own route instead of incorrectly advising others on theirs. Politeness costs nothing, remember what goes around comes around! C u next tuesdays
