        I used Clare several times and was very happy with the service, all was going well until one day as Covid was approaching Clare cancelled my appointment due to family issues. I have tried to get my money back but instead I got sent a link to her data protection rather than the terms and conditions she said shed sent me she then blocked me on Facebook/messenger, couldnt even re arrange another appointment. Bad customer skills. She obviously needs my 60 more than I do
