        We have worked with Ridgeon Network for several years and always found them to be a highly effective company with excellent support, even when we have made demanding requests. We first contacted Ridgeon after we had been badly let down by a very large global supplier who made changes that resulted in us losing contact with hundreds of units in the field. Ridgeon came up with an innovative solution that enabled them to regain contact with these units, for which we will always be grateful.
