So angry today 03,05,23 at 3pm ish to be loading my shopping onto the conveyor belt (I should add I am deaf too) to find a male member of staff, dark hair, slim build and glasses wearing a head phones and microphone throw an item right next to me on to the same conveyor belt with a huge bang to a member of staff who appeared right behind me! No apology or acknowledgement to THROW an item in a customer area is highly dangerous. I would have spoken to a duty manager had I known how to go about it ......Perhaps the DM could speak to the same member of staff
