I have had to go to your Clay Cross store to do banking for my company, while I was in the store doing my banking. The guy that owned the store had a go at the post office lady. He tole her she should stop serving me to serve a customer that was at the till, he then starred at her the whole time she was serving that customer. This was rude and the worst customer service I have ever had . I would warn anybody from using that store if you don't have to. Discusting

One of your Sales Assistants needs to understand what aggressive is. I was confused as to that the sign that says wait to be served hear was for anyone that wanted to be served ether for the post office and the shop service. So I waited like everybody else. And I was waiting for 1 out of 4 Sales assistant to tell me to come to the till amd he didn't so I wanted to know why and he told me that to be able to be served for shop service is to wait in the middle of the shop. But I told him there is no sign for that just the one over there. He said I am sorry for your wait which i exapted but then he added that there was no need to be aggressive about it. Aggression, according to social psychology, describes any behavior or act aimed at harming a person damaging physical property, acts of physical violence,shouting, swearing, and harsh language. I did none of those things at all. But it is also the worst thing they could have said if it was somebody else because by saying that it could have escalated to be aggressive.
