I find the service excellent and the staff very helpful. My previous pharmacy before I moved house would take at least a week to get my meds done and often forgot to text. With this pharmacy I sometimes get a text the same day to say theyre ready. No complaints at all.

Rude staff, poor service and an awful company. I will not use even if desperate.

Pharmacist and girl at front counter are lovely. However, the blonde lady at the back is stern and rude. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Only other issues... It would be better to tell customer you don't have something in PRIOR to giving rest of prescription...

I was on the bus to the chemist in grassmoor , I phoned them to say I was on the bus I was hoping to get there on time to just pick up a prescription, has they Close at 1pm for lunch , it was only a ten minute journey, , has I got off the bus which is right near the chemist ,I could see the pharmacist rushing out the door to get in her car in front of the chemist doors it was spot on 1pm , , how nasty is that to know someone is on the way, in a rush , , that she decided to get out quickly rather that do something nice for a customer , she just said sorry its lunch time , I said but you knew I was coming and its only just 1pm now , , how is that good customer care , it isant and obviously she definitely didnt care , its too far for me to walk back home with osteoarthritis in my joints , And then walk back down in an hr, and I had been caught in very heavy rain so I was drenched through , so I just sat there on the wall and had to wait ,till she came back , , , I know people are entitled to there lunch they deserve to have time for lunch , after working all hrs , but that was just downright spiteful to know someone is on ther way, and they dont care ,
