Very poor customer service. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there for my appointment. I arrived early and waited ages to book in, then I was told to take a seat. 10 minutes after my appointment time someone else came over to ask if I had spoken to anyone as I wasn't marked as having arrived for my appointment. She then started to complain about her colleague, apparently this is something he often does and was rude. I came out feeling really rubbish and was made to feel like I was just in the way. I don't know if it was because it's the Easter weekend but the just seemed like they didn't want to be there and were rude and abrupt.

Not impressed with this place. My elderly father with EXTREMELY limited mobility booked an appointment here for a much needed eyetest. He chose this place as its one of the few places he can get to independently. He arrived for his appointment two minutes late as he struggled to find a parking place suitable (presumably the store was busier due to Easter holidays). He apologised and pointed out he was two minutes late. He was told to take a seat. Some time later he was told that actually they couldnt see him as he had been late to his appointment. Why make a man who CLEARLY is struggling with his mobility take a seat when they had no intention to see him? Getting in and out of shops and up and out of seats is very hard for him which would have been obvious to anyone in the store. Very unimpressed.
