        Rude disinterested staff, expensive, poor service, particularly at busy times. Reluctant to use till where hot food is prepared, despite the queue being unreasonably long. No obvious reason why they can't use this. I've heard customer's complain whilst in the queue and they've started using it! Why not just use anyway during busy periods. Co-op down the road is much better, just as expensive but hassle free.

        So upon my visit to your store the Lady in front of me was idd for tobacco when she then said Im 28 and dont have any Id on me she was served the tobacco I then asked for a scratch card was Idd and refused sale as I didnt have my Id which I dont mind as thats the law But why was the lady in front challenged and asked for Id an then still served when she didnt produce any id ?
