Unfair/biased application selection - I made an offer through New Oak for a property which I was told had been submitted to the client, I then received a phone call the next day after hearing nothing to be told that I was unsuccessful because another applicant had sent documents which were not listed as required. To make matters worse, I even had the document which was issued by the other party, had I have been told I would have issued this document at the start

Our house fell through twice and we were hoping 3rd time lucky and it was. Sharon is the most customer focused person I have ever met one thin on her mind to represent her clients in the best way and believe me she does. We have just moved into our new house and we are over the moon. Paul the owner is a extremely professional person , takes amazing photos and sets the tone for your experience from day 1.
