Great medical practice however contacting them is silly as you can not get through to a que in a morning it just cancels the call When you choose a option. Don't know weather it's a fault they have or they are just over whelmed with calls in a morning. But it is a bit stupid as I know I have no problem calling anyone else

I've been very ill and missing work, I've been telling my gp this and it's going to be hard to pay bills, they booked my second lot of blood tests for 6 weeks later. I'm getting worse and they don't seem to care. Find a different GP if you value your health

Honestly can not fault this surgery. We was previously with royal primary care who cancelled my 3 months old second jabs twice the second one being cancelled when we got there to be told she now can't be seen till January where she would be 5 months old and should actually be having her third one by then. After being told this I got home and called north wingfield medical center who told me the process of getting her register with them within two weeks she was registered and had her jabs booked in. Sadly this had to be cancelled due to her getting Scarlet fever which this doctors surgery took seriously. They had no appointments when I was worried but took my details as well as a text to send photos of the rash to see what they could do for us. Within 10 minuets the receptionist called back saying the doctor wanted to see us. I am seriously impressed by all the staff members I have talked to and the doctor was brilliant and asked me why I was concerned he didn't make me feel silly for worrying and turned out it was scarlet fever but she didn't show typical signs of the fever so we caught it early. 6 days into the antibiotics and she's already thriving. We are in the process of moving the whole family. Thank you so much for being so kind and caring.

This surgery does not cater for people that work,recently offered a well men appointment,but was not able to attend because of the opening hours they offered.
