We were initially attracted to Faraway by the detailed and objective information on the website, about how to distinguish high quality teak furniture from poorer quality examples which may cost less but won't last. Lee was very helpful both online and when we visited the showroom. He came down to London just a few days after we ordered our dining set, and assembled the table himself. We love the whole set and the deep cushions are really comfy too. Highly recommended. We'll post an update on how well it's lasted in 10 years' time!

We absolutely love our large table, chairs and parasol - excellent service from start to finish - any questions were promptly and kindly answered and the delivery service was excellent. Would highly recommend and definitely use again in future.

fantastic furniture, arrived within the week ! Several problems the parasol base did not fit through the hole in the table base, we has to file the table base ! This was after we had to assemble the table ourselves as it was delivered and left in its box ( I understood that it would be assembled after delivery) poor communication regarding the order ie no confirmation of order and a 10 minutes phone call warning of delivery !
