        Went to sue Ryder's today and was going to charged me 10 for a bag of of stuff but there was no price so they was left with the stuff the staff was tupling sm also the was rude and arigant abnoxus won't be going there again

        Really rude staff. Had some bedding to donate. Arrived at 4:35, sign saying they shut at 4:30 but I could see staff still inside and just wanted to drop it off. Shouted at me that they were closed, I asked if I could just drop it inside, it would have taken 2 seconds but then a blonde lady turned to me and rudely said 'I think you're forgetting we all have homes to get to, we're closed'. Assuming it's the same lady as some other reviews have mentioned. Absolutely vile service to say I wanted to donate.

        Hassle free and genuine, lovely staff. Claire went out of her way to reunite me with my bag and purse which had been handed in as a donation by a third party - so thankful. Every time I have been in to store, the staff always have a smile and are more than willing to help in any way that they can.
