I could just write One of the worst experiences ever , but I will give you some details, so that you really think twice before hiring JVN Flooring Phil, as charming he was, is absolutely unprofessional. He promised to do the job (carpet and laminate fitting, stair rods fitting) in one day, maybe two as I am old as he said. He said he will purchase carpet, scotia and stair rods, we purchased laminate. To make it short after month and a half and countless calls, messages, promises, issues with car, health, supplier and at least 3 last chances, our floor was still not done, we had to purchase additional planks, as some were damaged during fitting. Stair rods were not fitted at all, as after we paid all of the sudden it wasnt part of the deal. Job ended with citizen advice and bank dispute, carpet is fitted badly, so is laminate, with scotia of different length, chipped and scratched planks. If you still would like to use his service be sure to write down EVERYTHING, including exact date of service nad absolutely do not pay before job is finished. But my suggestion is spare yourself time, money and stress and pick someone else.

What a great service from JVN - from start to finish they were great. Would definitely recommend, very friendly, informative and offered great advice. Fast service!
