Top of the range machines! Wouldn't use any other brand. The guys are always happy to help out and have sent me spare items on next day delivery without any fuss.

I purchased the 35 flat top griddle because its probably the best version available in the UK, however, it does have a few flaws. The burners are not quite close enough to the griddle to reach adequate temperatures for searing properly, this is a propane griddle, so this should not be a problem at all, plus the burners are often problematic in lighting? The griddle top is manufactured from stainless steel, which would probably be ideal on a smaller version, but not on the 35 version as the top has warped and now has a large sunken bow in it, this makes it difficult to clean with scrapers any larger than 3 wide? These tops are normally manufactured from cast iron, which also allows them to be seasoned properly, this is virtually impossible with this grill. There is also a serious lack of optional extras for this too, no wind guards, metal grill top cover or even a plastic waterproof cover? This griddle has been designed to be similar to the American Blackstone Griddle, they are almost Identical in looks, which is the real reason I purchased this one, however, the build quality is really not the same, I would have happily paid more for a more substantial version of this griddle, but it will do for now until I can get back over to the States and ship a Blackstone version back. It also took a month to receive a bottle of machine clean that was missing from my original order, and I didnt find the staff very helpful either? However, all in all, even after finding all of the problems, its still probably the best flat top griddle you can currently buy in the UK.
