        Terrible customer service. Emailed regarding an expensive set of lights breaking in under a year with no response, phoned them and they theyd read my message and were going to reply next week now it seems theyve blocked my number or something as it always says currently unavailable. Still no response to 3 emails.

        Dreadful customer service and quality. One 'outdoor' light has already been ruined by a poor quality paint job which has blistered after only 1 year. Another light was blown over in heavy winds and they won't or 'cant' replace the broken glass which protects the wiring. That is ridiculous especially as their lights are very expensive
