I recently had the pleasure of working with Bradley Morrell Solicitors during the purchase of my new home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and super responsive, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. Throughout the process, they kept me informed of progress and any updates, answered all my questions, and provided sound advice whenever needed. They were always available to discuss any concerns I had, and I felt confident that they had my best interests at heart. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable solicitor to assist them in buying a property. My review is based in the handling of the purchase of our home and issues we had after. During the process of buying our house I'd of said Bradley Morrell were 5 star, with Nickie and Heather helping us with the purchase, I'd also recommend them to clients who are thinking of buying and selling properties. Everything was done efficiently and effectively and both seemed to answer any queries. How ever once we'd bought our house and discovered some issues, we'd been advised to contact our solicitor and see if they could help. Heather from this point on seemed to not give two hoots, we emailed her to hear nothing back at all. So I called 2 weeks later and she opened the email while on the phone, very bluntly said just get a builders quote send it over. When trying to ask what happens next etc seen as I have no clue when it comes to issues such as this, I felt silly asking. Another 2 weeks after sending the builders quote we had still not heard anything, I rang Heather and yet again hadn't done a thing ! If you don't want to do the work or help when clients are asking for it because you've already had the money then you should just quite simply say so. Speaking to Heather today I felt anxious asking her a question with her abrupt answers like I should already know what I'm asking. Unfortunately due to the latter end of our experience with Heather I would not recommend this company again. Really is a shame, as the reviews we went off and the experience at the beginning were brilliant.
