Pac Man
Fantastic service. These guys just repaired the power supply from my Samsung 4K TV for less that 50, saving me hundreds of pounds and avoiding yet more electronic landfill. The process was straightforward and took just a few days. Initial questions were answered quickly and clearly by Laura. Really cannot fault the service I received.

This company are about the worst I have ever dealt with. They very rude. Just a couple running this business from home. They never call u or email u back. They take money for testing. And say to no faults. Even was there faults.4 weeks waiting to get my parts back even i purchase my first class return because was repair items. Do not use this company u will regret it.

WARNING! Do not use this company. They advertising 2 days for fixing.it took 3 weeks. And they charge service charges even if then no faults. Turn out someone running this business from home.. or owners where on holiday or something. just own website to charge what ever they want. I already report that to outstanding trade. Really times wasters. But this my experience with them.

My TV mainboard failed on Wednesday night. Called EMOS up on Thursday morning, literally gave the chap the model number over the phone and he knew what the symptoms were. I asked if he could possibly fix it on Friday if I brought it down, as fortuitously I had a meeting close to their offices. The chap said yes no problem. Anyway dropped the part this morning and even though they were obviously very busy, I got the call within 2 hours to say it had been fixed, tested was ready for pickup. To say I'm happy is an understatement. I truly wish there were more companies who went out of their way to help like this. Highly recommended, and my goto for electronic repairs now.
