        Installation was great, and all good. Issue arose when a problem occurred with the pergola, they shed all responsibility as a company and refused to rectify a faulty product 9 months after installation. They removed any review functionality off their Facebook which says something about this company. Valuable lessons learnt here - Plus anyone spot one of the reviews has a very similar name to the Owner (Dino Mason / Dean Mason), just an observation, could be pure co-incidence) I have since found out, the rare rafter they refused to replace, is the most commonly C16 timber available at all yards, and an off the shelf product at such places such as JEWSONS....... Service: Furniture assembly
