Unprofessional unreliable ! Test drove a used Freelander registration BD06 PGV. Obvious wheel bearing issue, not in the advert. Agreed to purchase with wheel bearing replaced and put down a deposit. Agreement to collect following Saturday. Telephoned TTS on the Saturday morning to arrange collection time. Car not ready to collect due to issue fitting wheel bearing. 5 days to fit a wheel bearing . No contact from TTS to inform me of this prior to me making contact. Requested a call on Monday for an update , no phone call received. Telephoned Tuesday to cancel the purchase and obtain a refund. Informed that the car was ready and had a lot of money spent on it to fix. Informed them I was cancelling the purchase due to no contact from them about any issues all week or when I asked for a telephone call. Excuse was someone was off sick ! Response from them also was ITS AN OLD BANGER FOR 2295 ! Good luck finding one for that price they said. Attitude and tone was shocking over the phone from a so called professional company. Funny they didnt describe it like an old banger in their advert ! This is a genuine factual review which I hope helps when your considering purchasing AN OLD BANGER from TTS. Good luck TTS with selling your old bangers minus stars should be available. March 2023 TTS response does not mention anything about old bangers which was said on the phone nor do they mention rude arrogant attitude. Go through these reviews and you will find there is more then a couple of customers who say attitude is bad. Also TTS problems are not the customers problem.

Purchased a truck 1 year ago from this cowboy. From get go things were dog. Wrong size tyres front / back. Stop start never worked. Then one day thing never restarted. 1 week at Nissan getting diagnosed + new module. Gets better! Then on way to work one morning complete rear wheel an drive shaft fly off !! Turns out rear bearing has been put on without securing nut. Why you selling unsafe cars Boyce? Why is the bearing changed on a truck with 55k on it you clocking crook!?
