Bricks of the Trade. Superior builder. We asked Clive to rebuild two terraces on our sloping garden with new stone retaining walls and an enlarged porcelain paved patio. From the start he listened to our ideas and explained how they could be implemented so we had a clear picture of the work involved and realistic expectations of the timescale and costs. Clive always arrived exactly when he said he would and, fuelled with endless cups of tea, he worked tirelessly and efficiently with meticulous attention to detail. 5* service! Clive has recently helped us with the building work for a small rear single storey extension, to say we are pleased with it would be an understatement. We would recommend Clive to anybody looking for a reliable builder. He turned up each day exactly when he said he would, and communicated with us effectively throughout the process, ensuring we had clear expectations of timescales and costs etc, which helped with our planning. The work was completed with minimal disruption (although our kettle may disagree!) meaning we could carry on our every day, even working from home. Clive is friendly, approachable and professional. He works efficiently, but meticulously. The work was completed in a reasonable time, but to an exceptionally high standard - which everybody had commented on! Clive came round after I rang for some advice and information about my garden drainage, very helpful and friendly from the onset and pointed out I had a couple of options to move forward with.
