        Placed click and collect order by telephone (1 item).. checked that this was in stock and impressed upon the call handler my need for urgency.. 90 mins later and sat in the car park waiting. I believe that they want to me to adhere to their expectations of urgency and customer experience! Its a small warehouse.. Someone just go and get it off a shelf please!
