After getting into a bit of bother with our previous hosting provider, we contacted Jon and we immediately felt at ease and confident in the decision made. Jon has been outstanding in helping us move our 60 clients websites over to their platform and then tackling all the email accounts which I was dreading!!! The whole process has been done painlessly and professionally with minimum hassle or disruption. The Tecplicity server panel is a joy to use and Jon has always been on hand to help guide us with any issues moving forward. Would have no doubt recommending Tecplicity for any IT solutions.

Jon at Tecplicity has been taking care of our website hosting for a few years now, also handling all updates and security for our website. He has been working on the website content lately with great results. He has always been very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him, it's good to have someone like that around. We approached TECPLICITY with an idea for a new competition website, they were brilliant! They designed and built the new site including our custom competition software. They also host our new site and provide all the email services we need,they provide great support and are always at the end of a phone or email if we dont understand anything.
