        Due to my job, I have eaten a lot of charcuterie in my life, and I feel compelled to leave a review to highlight the absolute mastery of the Marsh Pig team. Their Fennel Salami and Chorizo are the best I have ever eaten by a country mile. Please never stop doing what you are doing and never change the method by which you achieve these amazing results! My next order will be placed soon.

        I recently attended the fantastic course they run and I can honestly say it is one of the best things I have done in a long time. What was also particularly interesting was to understand the decisions made relating to the quality of their own product. Brilliant people with a real passion for what they do. I would highly recommend.
