Really nice large house for a birthday celebration. Five en-suite bedrooms although the twin room is very small. The kitchen is very well laid out with plenty of everything that you need including two fridges, freezer and drinks cooler. Log burner was especially nice on the colder days.

Beautiful house. Loved our stay here! Rooms are lovely, everything clean and modern. A nice pub in the surrounding area (a drive away rather than a walk) Well stocked kitchen, with pots and pans for all kinds of cooking. 25 mins from Bude. 10 mins from the less nice Holsworthy ( has a Waitrose there for shopping) Only unexpected thing was being woken up pretty early by the working farm dogs. They like to howl early!

Incredible! The photos do not do this place justice. We came with 3 families of all ages and everybody absolutely loved it , even our dog. Very spacious living areas and bedrooms laid out perfectly. A huge drive in private gates with a big garden. The kitchen has absolutely everyone you need from microwave, oven to cutlery and champagne flutes. Our dog and my son made a friend, one of the very friendly farm dogs. The kids and big kids(adults) loved the games room. We had great communication with the owners prior to us arriving. Horslett Barn really is fantastic start to finish.
