Claverley Medical Practice

It's very clean and the people there are very kind. Although I often feel like doctors don't listen to me or don't take me seriously when I tell them about my symptoms. It also says the surgery opens at 8:30. It's 8:50, I start work at 9 and my phone calls hasn't been answered.

Where do I start. I've been living in Claverley for about 8 years now so have used this medical practice for a while. When the previous G.P ran the practice, I never had any issues. Since Dr Allen arrived the place is a disgrace. Try getting a same day appointment! No chance, yet whenever I go to the reception to collect my blood pressure medication, the waiting room is empty. What exactly are the doctors doing here? Are there actually any doctors on duty? Important blood test results that could have had life changing consequences for me were left unaddressed until I was told SIX MONTHS LATER !! I have Asthma, but cant get a Flu jab, because I'm not over 65. I checked the NHS guidelines and it states Asthma patients are eligible for the jab. I was promised there would be a small surgery clinic that would address a skin problem on my head. that was over 12 months ago. Guess what Mr Allen, IM STILL WAITING. I don't know what's going on at this practice, all I do know is, Its not right.
