Jayne is absolutely amazing, helped me mentally and physically and would highly recommend her. Not only is she a fantastic personal trainer but after a year of training with her Im also happy to call her a friend ( when shes not making me do bike crunches) Anyone would thinking of booking just do it, wish I had found her a year earlier

Ive been training with Jayne for nearly two years now and we have THE best time! I was a bit nervous at first, but Jaynes manner and knowledge quickly reassured me and my confidence and strength have massively grown! Jayne makes training so much fun and has a mobile street gym so can train you pretty much anywhere including at your home, or at her outdoor space next to the Village Hall (Clavering) or at the gym - wherever youre comfortable training or can easily get to. No session is ever the same which keeps it really enjoyable and interesting. Jayne can also help with nutrition and recipe ideas and I cant recommend her enough!

I have been working with Jayne for over two months now on a weekly basis. We have done outside covid secure sessions as well as starting in the gym this week. I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions and feel a lot stronger since starting my one to one personal training. Jayne is great to work with and brings so much energy every week. She has also been flexible with any injuries or any new exercises I have wanted to try.

Jayne rescued me from the nightmares of lockdown. Her zoom sessions pulled me back again with routine and purpose to keep fit and prepare for better times ahead. I am from an older age group but I felt Jayne was there for all of us, for different needs, with her magic smile and energy that lifts our mood and gets us moving! Thank you so much, Jayne!
