        It was in London, and they had tiles, I'll give them that. But trying to pass off THIS (picture attached) as a deluxe multifunctional commode, is the biggest joke since my last divorce settlement. I think I'll make do with the pit behind the shed, a bientot

        Great product but awful experience. Toilet delivered with no fittings. Called the Company and the lady was very helpful with arranging to send these. They arrived a week later but still missing the bidet fittings. Called again and once more the lady arranged to send them - still waiting for these, a further week on. Two weeks after the plumber came to fit the toilet am still waiting all the pieces to enable him to do so. Very poor.
