We got married 30th Dec 2021. Two dramas. The first, flower markets close before Christmas so fresh ones very tricky. The second, omicron! I was Googling like crazy to find someone who might be able to help and Im so happy Joy came up. She suggested silk flowers as the route to go. With everything being a logistical drama for the wedding (family - including the only two bridesmaids and my brother - coming from Australia, Singapore, Austria and Belgium) I didnt want to make anything more complicated than it needed to be. Joy met us for a coffee early November and we talked through photos of what I liked, numbers of flowers wed need and Joy then just got on with it. We caught up again in mid December and the week before Christmas (because silk flowers can be delivered whenever!), Joy popped round with her creations and they were absolutely stunning. One very, very happy bride, and my 9 and 5 year old bridesmaids so so happy and excited. Even the groom who was adamant he wouldnt put a button hole on his uniform decided they were pretty cool and went for it. Im now in the car on the way to get our pre honeymoon PCR tests with my husband, and my non-wilting flowers on the backseat! Thank you so much Joy. (Photographer Amy-Rose)
