Change It Homes designed and installed a large three section built-in wardrobe for us. They had very good suggestions and helped us decide what we needed. They did the work quickly and efficiently, and kept us involved in the final design details throughout the process. The price was right and the finished job a great asset to our home. I would definitely recommend Kerry and his team for this type of work.

Dear Mr Field, I am writing to thank you and your company Change IT Limited for a job well done on my property in Hatton. Firstly I thank you for all your clarity, knowledge and foresight, the detailed pricing work and scheduling, liaison and cooperation with the groundwork and brickwork contractor that went before you and establishing a continued good working relationship with the latter throughout the project. Secondly, thank you for making the project go seamlessly and managing all the other trades throughout, (scaffolding, roofing, windows, the superb lead work, electrical, plumbing and connections, garage door removal and replacement etc), for following all the building designs and specifications to the letter and arranging the required approvals with Building Regulations at Warwick D.C. I was particularly impressed with your construction of the bespoke timber roof and timber frame (unfortunately now invisible behind plasterboard) and in particular the lack of disruption within the existing house when making the interior changes required (removal and brick up of old windows, new bathroom and corridor etc). All in all working with you and your company has been a pleasure, you and your guys know your stuff and I would be more then pleased to recommend you for any building project. It is not often you hear of building projects going exactly as planned, on time to start, on budget and handed over on time without any issues. Many thanks indeed! Steve Clement

Many thanks for the fantastic job your guys have done on our garage conversion! Jimmy and JJ were friendly, knowledgeable, clean and tidy. Perfect professionals who I'd be happy to recommend. Roberto and Karl, although I saw less of them, were equally excellent.
