Just had new windows and a new door fitted by South Lakes Windows. Really happy so far with the quality and service. No hard sell, prompt replies to any queries and the product is gorgeous and has completely transformed the look of my property. The fitting was quick and I felt comfortable leaving the team to crack on with the job. They were great when I mistakenly thought my door was the wrong shade too (it wasnt!). I feel obliged to leave this review and I dont often leave reviews but in this situation it is earned and while I wont be using South Lakes Windows, that is not due to any negative or other reasons and purely because I am outside the geographical installation area. I am looking to install windows by a company known as Masterframe and South lakes pop up as my local supplier but unfortunately, I am a little too far away and South lakes are reluctant to work with me which is understandable, but there reluctance to work with me also underpins their integrity as a company demonstrating their values and you instantly recognise this when chatting with the sales team (Paul) for which I am very grateful for the advice and suggestions shared even though we cannot complete. I have options via Masterframe who are supporting me, but it hit home today when Paul said, you get what you pay for which was exactly what my wife said when I feared we may have to opt for cheaper windows and not Masterframe. Thankyou Paul for the advice and I wish you well
