*DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** Ordered a "Special offer" set of Global knives G636/6B, specifically so that I would not have doubles. A great set by all accounts. Received G636/05ST (The set released before the one I ordered) and a free set of scissors (Bonus - or so I thought). My partner opened the knives/scissors before I got home and showed me and it transpired two of the knives were different in this set. Got in touch, sent photos etc and a return was arranged after 3 days negotiating! Replacement set received was exactly the same. It took a further week of negotiating, 2 more members of staff and sending more photos to arrange a second return, and they are now charging me 11.99 for the free scissors (which would not be worth 11.99 if they were gold plated!). They wanted to charge 17.99 till I pointed out the current selling price on their website, but they reduced it as "A gesture of good will". It transpires none of their stock matches what they are advertising as a G636/6B set on the website. So I'm 3 weeks in, 2 sets of the wrong knives, and I'm 11.99 out of pocket. Pathetic!
