Terrible experience my 66 year old nan turned up to empty some stuff from house and there was an older woman there who had horrible attitude telling g my nan she was to slow and causing traffic then advised she should just go home and get a skip my nan felt so uncomfortable she just come back home with everything still in car saying she will just leave it that woman should have helped her if she was to slow not bullied her
