        Although we've been to Mini Monsters on several occasions, he had our daughter's birthday here this week. Absolutely brilliant service, reasonable price and most importantly, stress free. Highly recommend for kids parties

        Very disappointing! Checked the website before we left expecting it to be open until 3pm. Nothing on the website said all sessions had to be booked but were only told when we arrived shortly after 13.30. It was not especially busy and were only looking for our children to be able to play for approx an hour. Refused entry with two very upset children. the attitude of the staff member was unnecessarily rude given the circumstances, just told we could come back tomorrow. Unfortunate as we have had good experiences there before.
