        So chilled after my float and infared sauna today, the whole experience and attention to detail is awesome! I started in the float pod with my personal choice of sound (waves) you get to choose this during your consultation, the guys have towels, bottled water, ear plugs etc. waiting for you...they've thought of everything you want/need to relax. The sauna really released tightness I've had especially in my legs and I just felt amazing after both would highly recommend if you're looking to improve your physical and/or mental health

        Phenomenal experience. The one place I can go, switch off from the world and and be truly relaxed. If this place isn't part of your weekly routine then your nuts!!!! 10/10
