The Hair Spa

Terrible experience using The Hair Spa for a wedding in early spring this year. Gorgeous venue sadly thats the only positive I can give. I had a hair and make up package, and by the evening was left with terrible conjunctivitis and an ugly updo to boot. Completely ruined the weekend. I have had my make up done professionally for over a decade elsewhere, and sadly this time had the insides of my tear ducts rubbed so hard with Q Tips that I lost a layer of skin. All documented. All photographed and treated accordingly pharmacist and doctor. Spoke with a manager who offered 50% refund. Expressed I preferred at the very least a full refund never mind costs and ruined weekend in agony and afterwards. A manager called Geoff Dale has now been investigating the matter since April 2022. Clever trick he uses is to reply saying hes doing it but doesnt actually communicate I ate or answer any further questions or give any resolutions. Expect more from apparent 5*. Steer clear. Save your money and do it yourself. No infection :)

Been using this salon for the last few years and I always receive an excellent service. Jess always does an amazing job and I never leave unhappy. The whole experience is friendly and professional.
