The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Putting the phone down on me does not constitute good customer service. I think the reply says it all really.

Absolutely faultless. The kind of service that we often only dream of. Lovely people who know their stuff, are prepared to help in whatever way they can and just make life better for their customers generally. I had a large field maple (around 60cm girth and 25 feet tall) and a flowering Cherry (30-35cm girth) delivered. Beautiful trees. Delivery followed up to ensure everything had gone well. I wish all companies were like this.

Brilliant, amazing... My wife and I wanted to line our drive with trees but had no idea quite where to start. Starting with Pixton Trees was the perfect route. Isla asked us lots of good questions we hadn't even thought of so as to make sure we chose the right trees and boy do they look great. We were also amazed how flexible they were about looking after the planting for us. The guys were polite and considerate to the surroundings, such a rare treat. Pixton were always there to answer any questions after planting such as watering, rabbits etc. We are so pleased, wish we had a longer drive! Steve Patten

Thank you very much to Don for your time and help in choosing our 3 trees initially. Delivery was last Thursday when we were extremely grateful to Sam for his assistance in moving our trees into the back garden. He spent 2 hours or so helping to get the trees to the right place. Professional and efficient service from really nice people running Pixton. Many thanks, highly recommend using this company and we love our trees so much we possibly will be back for more !

Really helpful company - they spent a lot of (socially distanced!) time helping me choose, the prices were competitive and the tree is lovely. So glad I tried them, will be back next year!
