The quality of the kitchen is second to none and the fitting by the highly skilled and courteous team, is exemplary. The team take a lot of pride in their work really shows. Partridges= customer care is 2nd to none. Had a great experience with Kevin and his team, He came to visit established our needs, came back speedily with a lovely design and layout. So nice to see quality, care, dedication and pride in a business.. he and his team treated our property with the upmost care and respect, he went the extra mile to accommodate appointments, and to make sure we had what we needed while work was being done, nothing was to much. Wed had a couple of plans and quotes from national building suppliers, but were unimpressed with their designs. The thought of hiring individual tradesmen to carry out the fitting was daunting. Luckily, Catherine spotted a smart looking Partridge Kitchen van, and they were then also recommended to us by a colleague. How glad we are they did. After a few minutes talking to Kevin, we were sold. That was further confirmed after a visit to his workshop. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail was second to none. Kevin guided us through the whole process of choosing the kitchen. He made extremely useful and sensible suggestions to improve the original plans. A start date was agreed, and whilst we were waiting Kevin kept us fully informed. Installation day arrived. Kevin, Stuart and Tom arrived bang on time. By the time wed said hello to Kevin, Tom and Stuart had the first unit out. This military precession carried on throughout the installation. Nothing was ever to much trouble for them, and they were a pleasure to have in our home. We couldnt be more delighted with the finished Kitchen, and although slightly more expensive than the off the shelf quote, we have ended up with a kitchen where every inch of space is utilised. There is only one standard unit in the whole kitchen, all the rest were bespoke made to fit the space. This is the difference between an installed kitchen and a fitted Kitchen, which was completed on time and on budget. If you are looking for the highest of quality kitchen, with a stress free installation, Partridge Kitchens should be top of your list. Kevin, Tom, Stuart, a huge thank you for our wonderful kitchen. I would highly recommend the services of Kevin and his team. From start to finish the knowledge, professionalism and quality was evident. Kevin designed our Kitchen and covered every minor detail that we hadn't even thought of. He humbly suggested things we could change from our original thoughts and came up with a design we were really pleased with. He is a very patient man as we kept coming back with different things but nothing was too much trouble. The installation itself went really well and the team were very polite, reliable and professional. Again nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend Partridge Kitchens. We still get excited about walking into our new Kitchen now! After 12 months of searching for a kitchen we both liked, we stumbled upon Partridge Kitchens after googling oak kitchens in Devon. We arranged a visit to their workshop and showroom at Kevins parents farm just north of Tiverton, and were impressed to see the cabinets being made and the choice of range. Typically, we preferred the more expensive option of real oak to the veneered or a painted kitchen on offer! A home visit to measure, and to see which door sample looked right in our home, was followed by a design suited to our needs (lots of drawers and pull outs to make life easier because of my spinal condition) that got tweaked till we were perfectly happy. Then the wait - approximately 6 months because Partridge Kitchens are highly recommended and in demand - a good sign as far as we were concerned! A huge thank you to Stuart and Tom who not only built our Kitchen from scratch, but installed it as well. Professional, polite and very skilled at what they do, they obviously take great pride in their meticulous work. As per our conversations with Kevin, the wall units and shelves within were lowered to a reachable level as Im only 5 tall. And a 20mm instead of standard 40mm Quartz worktop was installed at Kevins suggestion, so the base units were the right height for me but didnt look ridiculously low! A huge bonus for us was not having the hassle of having to find a plumber and electrician ourselves to work around the fit, as Kevin organised all that. The price - surprisingly reasonable for a bespoke, high end, real wood Kitchen. We found the prices wed been quoted by all the usual Kitchen Companies out there for bog standard kitchens found in thousands of homes, was not a lot less than for the quality Kitchen weve now got. The end result speaks for itself and we are very happy customers!
