        Did a damp survey for us on an old property we were going to buy. A really professional operation and the surveyor they sent did an excellent job. We got a thorough and comprehensive survey that covered every part of the work needed, and looked at parts of the building that the original (and expensive) "buildings survey" didn't even look at. In the end we didn't purchase because there was too much to do, but glad we got this company in to help understand what was needed.

        Avoid at all costs!! Thousands of pounds paid to a very unprofessional company. Work not finished, work having to be redone. Workers leaving, not turning up and morale at a low. Admin appalling and all while the owner sits back and counts the money!! Disgusting!! Held back the last payment because the work wasn't finished only to be held to ransom over the guarantee certificate. Feel totally ripped off.
