Stables Therapy Centre

I was recommended Tas by a tennis friend as I twisted my back 2 weeks ago and had a county match in 10 days time. I crawled into the practice unable to sit, lie down or even take my shoes off. Tas worked her magic and gave me several exercises to do at home a few times a day. I came back for my next appointment the following week a different person, still with a twinge but in minimal pain. Again Tas worked her magic and I carried on with the exercises. At the weekend we traveled down to Cornwall with my team mates, still unsure if my back would hold up. We played a good match, I had no problems whatsoever with my back, and best of all we won! A huge thank you to Tas and the team to get me back on my feet so quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with sports injuries.

Today was my first time having my ears vacuumed as blocked and I couldn't hear. I must say I was a little nervous, I saw a lovely lady called Donna Dady she was absolutely lovely, very friendly and professional She explained the procedure which I watched on a screen. She made me feel relaxed and in good hands. I left being able to hear. I 100percent recommend this service I'm very happy and wouldn't hesitate should I need this procedure done in the future. Thank you Donna .

Just moved to Clapham and I went to the stables for a massage . They managed to get me in short notice which was amazing with Nikhill. He was so lovely, kind, caring and made me feel at ease . I have fibromyalgia and he did a good massage to ease my tight painful muscles . Such a lovely place the stables too . Highly recommend
