Priory Medical Practice

I left this surgery because after years of building up the courage to ask for a referral for an autism assessment, the doctor laughed and said "you don't have autism". Didn't even ask why I think I'm autistic. I finally got referred by my new GP and I've been on the waiting list for 4 years. I could have my diagnosis by now.

If I could give 0 star I would. Phoned yesterday and today around 9am only to be told no appointments available due to them being a member of staff down. Only needed a 5 minute telephone conversation to talk about my mental health medication and seems like thats too much to ask for!! Receptionists have a I couldnt give a shit attitude too. Disgusting surgery. Will be leaving asap!!

Very knowledgeable& helpful staff whenever i ring up with an enquiry.If a follow up is required it is done with great efficiency. Definitely a 5 star practice

Dial 111 its the only way to see a DOCTOR without 2hr on phone then to be told no appointment for weeks

Just wanted to review this practice as some reviews are negative but I have only ever had positive experiences when trying to get an appointment. All the doctors are friendly and have helped me the same day I have needed to see them! The old receptionist was quite rude but think they have changed her and now the new one is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. Dont want to belittle peoples negative experiences but I have never seen it myself so just thought I would give other patients a more balanced view, I never normally leave reviews but thought I had to in this circumstance
