Excellent Taster Day, definatley worth every penny., Very warm welcome , fantastic workouts and very informative. Beautiful location. We were there for one day but looked at the accomodation and this was stunning. Thank you for an great day, will be booking again.

Amazing weekend ran by an amazing team that really put their heart and soul into this business.... Lots of exercise, great food, inspirational talks and great company.... Ive already booked to go back!

Cannot recommend BMR highly enough. Loved everything about the place from the amazing location, the delicious food and the work outs that cater to all fitness levels. I left feeling more like 'me' than I had done in a long time. Returning for my 3rd stay in a couple of months time *****

I went to the mind and body reboot with a lot of apprehension, but as soon as I arrived was immediately put at ease . The atmosphere is fun and supportive no airs and graces , no makeup brilliant . I left wanting to go again , with a sense of belonging and having found new friends . I thoroughly recommend anyone going and can't wait to go again !!!
