Our experience was totally disappointing my self and my vegan friends went this cold morning hoping a get some sandwiches for our day was told vegans don't eat sandwiches here Sundays and they never have sandwiches for vegans Sundays had to leave hungry , none of will ever go into pret a manger again , it is discrimination against vegans if I could have given no stars I would have

Food and drink is nice, as usual. But be prepared to wait a very long time (longest I've waited in a Pret) for food/drink and the tables/seating areas may not be clean. Also, don't expect the staff to wait for you when they want to kick you out of the seated areas at 4pm sharp, which i think is rather early.

Food and drink is nice, as usual.
But be prepared to wait a very long time (longest I've waited in a Pret) for food/drink and the tables/seating areas may not be clean.
Also, don't expect the staff to wait for you when they want to kick you out of the seated areas at 4pm sharp, which i think is rather early.
